Enter your family last name only, then a primary contact. Choose the number of guests, including yourself and all children, and complete every guest’s name and age category. Review the details, then confirm and submit.

Use their age on December 5, 2026. Under 3 is free; ages 3–8 are $15; 9–12 are $20; 13–17 are $30; adults 18 and older are $40.

Your RSVP and full payment must be received by November 10, 2026. No exceptions. Mail checks or money orders early enough to arrive by that date. Cash must also be delivered by the deadline; arrange delivery with Shawn or Linda. Do not mail cash.

Print your RSVP confirmation with its payment stub. Make the payment payable to Shawn P. Bly and mail it with the stub to 2086 Aster Rd, Macungie, PA 18062.

No. “I have sent my payment” tells the hosts to look for it. A host must verify the money received before your balance changes or a payment receipt is sent.

Check Spam or Junk for a message from blysofashleypa@gmail.com. If found, mark it Not spam. Keep the confirmation page link so you can return to your RSVP. Contact a host if the email still does not arrive.

Contact Shawn or Linda with your reservation number and the correction. Please do not submit a second RSVP for the same household.

Yes. Each household has its own record and reservation number. Enter individual full names in the guest fields. Mixed-surname households can use a name such as Bly / Smith.

No. Directory updates and dinner RSVPs are separate. Directory changes need admin approval.

Hosts can view the details needed to organize the reunion. Approved family accounts see only the fields you choose to share. Ages and birthdays are never shown in the member directory.

The form can save a draft on this device. Restore it when you return, or clear it if you use a shared device. A draft is not an RSVP until you confirm and submit.
